Hi, I’m Dr. Cherica Schober, Christian, wife, mom, owner, and lead therapist here at Pillar 75. I have been practicing since 2021 after graduating with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT, DPT). Since then I have continued my education, obtaining certifications in Dry Needling (Cert. DN) and Blood Flow Restriction, among others. My goal is simple, to provide as comprehensive an approach as possible to getting my clients better.
While the idea for Pillar 75 may be recent, the seed was planted long ago when I was exposed to Physical Therapy after my own experiences as an athlete. Growing up playing soccer, I, and like many athletes, battled my fair share of injuries. These experiences ignited a passion for understanding the human body, the power of rehabilitation, and my desire to help others. This drove me to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with focus on periodization training and exercise science from Dallas Baptist University (2015). After undergrad I went on to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (2020).
After four years in the traditional outpatient clinical setting, I realized something was missing. I craved a better balance between professional life and precious time at home. More importantly, I wanted to provide patients with the personalized, attentive care they truly deserve. That’s why I decided to take the leap and create Pillar 75 Physical Therapy and Wellness – a space where I can prioritize both family and patients.
Speaking of family I have a great one. I am married to a fantastic firefighter and we have a beautiful son who means the world to us. Of course no family is complete without some furry friends. Our nine year old cat and two year old Corgi keep things interesting. Together we love taking road trips, camping, and trying new restaurants/coffee shops.

A personal note from Cherica:
My personal experiences as an athlete and my dedication to finding work-life balance have shaped my approach to patient care. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the injury. I’m committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care that empowers my patients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
I am excited to have the freedom to serve my patients in ways I know they deserve without being limited by insurance, sharing time with other clients, or compromising time with my family.
Whether you are an athlete recovering from an injury, weekend warrior with a new ache or pain, or simply someone looking to improve your overall well-being, I am here to join your journey and work along side you.
Thank you for being here, and I look forward to connecting with you!
