Do you take Insurance?

No, Pillar 75 Physical Therapy & Wellness is considered an “Out-Of-Network” clinic. This allows us to provide better one-on-one care to our clients and patients. When you are working with an “In-Network” provider they are highly limited and restricted on the type and amount of care allowed to give based on reimbursement rates and coverage by certain insurances. However, we are able to provide detailed receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What is Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy?

Our out-of-network model gives you direct access to your physical therapist. We’ll work together to create a customized treatment plan, and you’ll pay for services at the time of your appointment. This eliminates the complexities of insurance and ensures you receive focused, personalized attention without hidden costs.

Do you take my HSA or FSA card?

YES!

Why should I choose Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy when I have insurance?

OON physical therapy allows you to have one-on-one care with your Doctor of Physical Therapy, not a physical therapy assistant or technician. You receive access to your physical therapist the entire plan of care and are never sharing your sessions with other patients or clients. Your exercises will be tailored to your specific needs and not limited by what insurance will pay for. No more waiting on authorization, being denied authorization, or being surprised by bills months down the road. You know your price up front, no surprises.

Where is your clinic located?

We do not have a brick and mortar location. Our PT will come to you for each and every appointment. This could be in your home, office, gym space (if allowed by your specific gym), or even a nearby park. That is the beauty of Concierge physical therapy, you get the comfort of your own familiar space and do not have to take as much time out of your day for appointments.

What does a typical Physical Therapy appointment look like?

Prior to your first initial evaluation, you will have a quick conversation with our Doctor of Physical Therapy to explain your problem/concerns and ensure we are a good fit to work together. Once the initial evaluation is scheduled you will receive intake paperwork to fill out and submit. At the 60 minute initial evaluation, you and your PT will discuss your injury, concerns, and specific goals. She will take you through a detailed examination and assessment, specific to you. You and your PT will review findings, she will educate you on anatomy and potential treatment plans, and the two of you will come up with a plan moving forward with care if needed.
Follow up visits will range from 45-60 minutes where you and the PT will discuss updates and changes to your symptoms, positive and negatives since your last visit and review your current home exercises. Follow up visits may include exercise and/or manual therapy techniques depending what your Doctor of physical therapy deems necessary.

Do I need a referral from a physician?

No, the state of Texas is considered a limited direct access state for physical therapy. This means you can be evaluated and treated from a licensed physical therapist without a physician referral for 10 business days. This allows you to be able to start your rehabilitation quicker while saving you time and money. After your initial evaluation, you and your PT will agree upon a plan of care (POC), and we will send it to your current provider to be signed.
