out-of-network PT is care that eliminates insurance decision making in your care. There are no requests for visits.. Those decisions are between you and your therapist.

Do i need to see a Doctor first?

NO! In Texas you have the right to Direct Access with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

can i use hSA/FSA?

Absolutely!

Do I need to have a recent injury For care?

It does not matter to us. We treat both chronic and acute pain.
